Return & Replacement Policy

At Dharnika Silks, every saree is thoughtfully crafted through handloom weaving and, in many cases, hand-painted detailing. Each piece carries the individuality of the artisan’s work and the natural variations that come with it. Because of this, we follow a careful and considered return policy.

Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as personal preference, minor colour variation, or change of mind. These variations are a natural result of handcrafted processes and are an inherent part of the character of our sarees.

We request customers to review product images, descriptions, and details carefully before placing an order.

Replacements

Replacements are offered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during transit, or
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.

In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and order details, so we can assess the issue.

Once approved, a replacement will be arranged for the same product or an equivalent item, subject to availability.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Slight variations in colour, texture, weave, or print alignment are not considered defects but hallmarks of handloom craftsmanship.
  • We reserve the right to decline replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.
