Shipping & Return Policy
At Dharnika Silks, every saree is carefully crafted using traditional handloom techniques and detailed finishing. Given the nature of our work and the individuality of each piece, we follow a replacement-first policy to ensure fairness to both our customers and our artisans.
Eligibility for Replacement
We accept replacement requests only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- An incorrect product has been delivered
To be eligible, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and relevant order details.
Replacement Process
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. If the original piece is unavailable, we will assist you with an alternative of equal value.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our sarees:
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, colour variation, or styling expectations
- Refunds are not offered unless a replacement is not possible in exceptional cases
Important Notes
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or weave are inherent to handwoven and hand-finished textiles and are not considered defects
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for any replacement request
