Shipping policy

At Dharnika Silks, each saree is thoughtfully prepared before it reaches you. Many of our pieces involve handloom weaving and hand-painted detailing, processes that require time, care, and precision. As a result, orders are typically processed within 10–15 business days after confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery across India generally takes an additional 4–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Dharnika Silks cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are requested to ensure that shipping details, including address and contact information, are accurate at the time of placing the order. If an order is received in a damaged condition or an incorrect product is delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and supporting images.
